ShuvoPro is an online education and learning platform providing educational resources, playbooks, guides, learning materials, training resources, and related services.

ShuvoPro operates through Aurora E-Commerce (Bangladesh) and Aurora E-Commerce Ltd (United Kingdom).

Aurora E-Commerce (Bangladesh) operates from 28 & 29 The Unity, Karnafuli R/A, Gate No. 01, Road 02, Halishahar, Chittagong, Bangladesh, under Trade License No. TRAD/CHTG/021444/2024.

Aurora E-Commerce Ltd is registered in England & Wales under Company No. 14071140.

The Fiverr Success Playbook is a digital bundle: the Playbook itself, the worksheets and decision tools, and the message templates. Everything is delivered as downloadable files. There is no physical product, no coaching, no account management and no ongoing service unless it is stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

ShuvoPro provides online educational services and learning resources electronically.

Following successful payment, access instructions and/or purchased learning materials are made available through the website, customer access page, email, or another electronic delivery method associated with the service purchased.

No physical shipment is required unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise.

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own freelance business. You may print it and use the templates and worksheets in your own client work.

You may not resell, share, republish, upload, translate or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, and you may not use them as content for a course, membership, agency resource pack or AI training dataset. All copyright remains with the author.

Refunds, cancellations, duplicate payments, unauthorized transactions and access issues are handled under the ShuvoPro Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these terms or that policy removes rights that cannot legally be removed under applicable law.

Payments for ShuvoPro services may be securely processed through authorized third-party payment providers, including Stripe and SSLCOMMERZ, depending on the customer's location, currency, and selected payment method.

Available payment methods may include debit or credit cards, mobile financial services, internet banking, and other payment methods supported by the applicable payment provider.

A purchase is considered confirmed only after the applicable payment provider successfully confirms the transaction.

ShuvoPro does not control payment authorization decisions, bank processing times, card-issuer processing times, mobile financial service processing times, or third-party payment-network processing times.

The Playbook shares practical experience and decision-making frameworks from years of real freelance work. It is educational material, not financial, legal or business advice, and it is not a guarantee of income, orders, rankings or platform status. Your results depend on your own skills, market, pricing and decisions.

ShuvoPro is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Fiverr or any other platform. Platform rules change, and it is your responsibility to follow the terms of any platform you work on.

Please contact us before filing a payment dispute — most issues are resolved the same day. Chargebacks raised without prior contact, or sharing and reselling the files, may result in access being revoked and the matter being reported to our payment processor.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities or indirect losses. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including your non-waivable consumer rights.

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer protections available to you where you live.
