I started freelancing more than 6 years ago, working with direct clients, agencies and, later, platforms. Most of what I learned early on was not about the craft. It was about quoting, scoping, disagreeing politely, and knowing which projects to say no to.
In May 2020 I joined Fiverr and applied those same habits there. Since then I have completed more than 800 projects, hold Fiverr Pro verification and Top Rated status. Fiverr is where the first ShuvoPro product is focused, but the thinking behind it is not tied to any one platform.
ShuvoPro is the written version of that experience: pricing, proposals, positioning, client communication, scope, negotiation, delivery, retainers and repeat business.
Freelancing gets easier when you stop treating it as a series of orders and start treating it as a business you run.
